Shipping policy

  • We do our best to process our orders and dispatch within 24 hours on weekdays. Normal delivery times can range from 2-4 working days.
  • If you are in the South Island of New Zealand, it may take a couple more days on top of the normal delivery times. 
  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • We offer free shipping for orders above $100.
  • We offer $5 flat rate shipping for orders from Auckland.
  • We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders from the rest of the North Island.
  • We offer $20 flat rate shipping for orders from the rest of the South Island.
  • Currently, we do not offer any international shipping.
